This is a domain environment and we use Group Policies and mandatory profiles to control what the public can do. Basically with most of the machine locked down, a user can still open the "Computer" icon or double click their "User" icon and in the left pane under the "Libraries" and "Computer" icon is the "Network" icon. Expanding the Network icon searchs and reveals our domain member computers.
