Boot camp run windows

To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. This question has been posted before Bootcamp says "requires windows 7" in Windows I thought I would add to the discussion.

I had the same problem described in a previous post where I tried to install bootcamp support with the setup application for windows and got a message saying that boot camp requires windows 7. Strange since I was running Windows I followed the instructions from Loner T see discussion thread. When I ran the bootcamp setup application for windows I got the same error message "Bootcamp requires Windows 7" and the installation failed.
